The goal of this initiative is to streamline and simplify the ordinance in order to make it easier for residents, property owners and businesses to use; and for the City to administer. This effort is in response to ongoing issues that have been identified by City staff and the Community over the years. The changes will improve the ordinance to better reflect current market demands, consider community feedback and follow guidance from previous studies.
