Erika Wiggins
Erika Wiggins lives in Sugar House with her husband Steve. They own multiple businesses in Sugar House and share a deep love for the community. Erika is a Realtor of 15 years who specializes in serving the historic enclaves of Salt Lake City. She has been an active volunteer
since college and currently serves as Secretary of the Sugar House Community Council (SHCC).
With a background in both commercial and residential real estate, plus experience running her own business, Erika understands the challenges small business owners face. In an effort to help fellow entrepreneurs, Erika began teaching social and content marketing to small business
owners. She has presented at the Women in Business conference and the national VMX Conference.
Erika and her husband, along with Brandon Hill and Landon Clark of the SHCC, initiated the “Opening Stories” video series to provide a marketing lift to Sugar House businesses as they emerged from quarantine restrictions. The project is ongoing as “Business Stories.”
Erika’s husband owns a Marriage and Family Therapy practice, plus together they own rental properties in Sugar House and Millcreek. In her off-time Erika enjoys gardening, skiing, and hiking, plus playing with her grandson George.
